Riser / Mesh Filter
To remove naked eye sized dust 9 25Micron), these filters are useful. Customized size in L X H with 12mm and 25mm Width, this filter is manufactured with selection of HDPE, PVC, Nylon Mesh in Layers, Non Woven media supported with expanded mesh, Hyloft media with mesh support, GI/SS Gr. Demister Pad.
AHU Panel Filter (Pre & Fine Filters)
Cleanable and low-cost air filters are useful for pre Filtration of air. Supported with HDPE. PVC. Nylon Mesh from one side with Sandwiched layer of Non-Woven media as per Media Gr. or Filtration requirement are arranged in pleated configuration with GI, SS Gr., Aluminium Expanded mesh from another side. Due to the high filtration area these filters provide low-Pressure Drop. Available in cardboard frame to GI, SS Gr. and MS + Powder Coating / Epoxy coating for rebust structure. They are available with a box design and flanged design as well.
Panel filters are useful to remove the dust size of 10 micron to 1 micron at efficiency level of 90% to 98%. Spun bonded polyester media is also useful for finer filtration requirement ≤ 1 micron.
High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) & Ultra Low Particulate (ULPA) Filter
When Filtration Efficiency level requirement comes in the range of 99.99%, HEPA & ULPA Filters are coming. High efficient Micro Glass Fiber media supported with Aluminum Foil / Glue Separator are main construction of these filters.
Available in standard sezes of 305mm X 30mm, 610mm X 610mm, 762mm X 762mm, 915mm X 610mm, 1220mm X 610mm and many more customized sizes with respect to air flow, are available with 69mm, 90mm, 101mm, 150mm and 300mm depth,
These Highly purified Air filters are widely used in Pharmaceutical, Clean room and Hospital applications. Due to presence of Micro Glass Fiber media, they are useful to remove Oil and moisture content from the Air.
Frame design in Box type, Flange type are availbel in SS Gr., Higher grade of Aluminium section as well.

AHU Pocket / Bag Filter
Pocket Filters acts as a Pre Filters for HEPA Filters. However, fine filtration media can act as a standalone filtration system also.
Pocket Filters have the delicate filtration capacity to hold the particles at a very efficient performance, Pocket filters prevents the high pressure drop because of the multi-pocket design. Also, high guage galvanized frame provides strong bonding with the filtration pockets. Synthetic fiber pockets are ultrasonically sealed.
Spun bonded polyester layer support with synthetic media in G4 to F9 Gr. is available to fulfil the filtration efficiency requirement in customised sizes.
Carbon Pleated Air Filter
Carbon media is folded in pelated configuration, supported with wire mesh, expanded mesh, rod support and then assembles in a frame structure to form the filter element.
This pleated filter media is assembled in Galvanised Iron, Aluminium or disposable Card Board Frame.
Different types of Carbon media - Activated Carbon Foam, Carbon Fiber Felt Media, Carbon + Non Woven media in layers etc. are suitable to remove odour form application.
Pleated Carbon Air Filter has various types and specifications. Standard depth of this filters are 50 mm and 100 mm with rectangle shape of 495 mm x 495 mm and 595 mm x 595 mm.
